DLA Piper Covid-19 Visitor Affirmation Web Application Privacy Notice

Beginning October 18, 2021, where permitted by law, all visitors to DLA Piper’s offices in the United States must confirm they are fully vaccinated against Covid-19. In doing so, we are requesting that visitors submit limited health-related personal data (“Personal Data”) described below.

The Personal Data we collect may include your name, e-mail address, and confirmation of your Covid-19 vaccination status. This information will be used for the limited purposes of returning our offices to full operation, workplace safety, and satisfying applicable legal requirements.

We will take appropriate measures to protect Personal Data in line with applicable privacy and data security laws and regulations. We will retain the Personal Data for the period of time necessary to meet our commitments and obligations to our workforce and you, and to comply with applicable legal requirements.
